Our history
WonderKit Technology AS was established in November 2024 to continue and further develop the ideas behind MakeKit - a Norwegian entrepreneurial journey built on passion for technology, learning and creativity.
The story began with Henning Pedersen, a pioneer in drone building, who developed his own kits to make technology more accessible. In 2018, he met industrial designer Steinar Holøs, and together they established MakeKit in 2019 - with the aim of inspiring children and young people to learn through building and coding.
Today, the MakeKit products live on through WonderKit, which combines creative technology with a clear vision: To become a leader in mastery-based learning. The Air:bit, Hover:bit, Snow:bit, Wheel:bit and Bubble:bit building kits remain central, along with new ideas and products in development.
